24 Mar Draft CWA on Digital health innovations – Good practice guide for obtaining user consent for personal health information – public commenting and workshop
Led by Pharaon partner DIN, European large-scale pilot projects developed the content for a CEN Workshop Agreement (specification, pre-standard) on “Digital health innovations — Good practice guide for obtaining consent for the use of personal health information for research and innovations”.
Public commenting
The draft document is now available and open for comments from the public: https://www.cencenelec.eu/news-and-events/news/2023/workshop/2023-03-15-digital-health-innovation/ The public commenting is organised for a period of 30 days, closing on 18 April 2023 (EoB). Comments can be submitted to the Workshop Secretariat Ms Schmudde Madlen (Madlen.Schmudde@din.de) using the commenting form. The comments received will be considered by the Workshop participants before its publication.
Workshop
On 14th April a workshop will be held to inform about the content of this document and to gather feedback from the public.
