20 Sep Pharaon Internet of Robotics Things at Fiware summit
Pharaon partner UNIFI participated in the FIWARE Global Summit “Connecting Minds, Driving Smart Solutions” in Mostra D’Oltremare, Naples, Italy on 18-19 September 2024.
At the summit, Pharaon had a demo booth showcasing the Wearable sensor system integrated in the Pharaon Internet of Robotics Things scenario from the Italian pilot. This demo highlights how the system addresses key needs identified by older adults and caregivers, including the development of an advanced health monitoring service for neurodegenerative diseases and promoting cognitive and physical stimulation through the integration of personal devices, and sensors.
The FIWARE organisation team also asked Pharaon representative Ivana Ragusa, University of Florence, to talk about Pharaon and the FIWARE scenario and they recorded a short interview (see picture below).
Developers and professionals explored the latest trends and solutions, and looked how to integrate these with their existing systems. FIWARE serves as a benchmark for various cutting-edge technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, Data Spaces, the IoT-edge-cloud continuum, and robotics and is therefore also used in Pharaon’s second Open Call.
The FIWARE Global Summit brought together a passionate community eager to share knowledge, develop impactful solutions, and create a lasting difference in the ecosystem.
